HR Operations Specialist

At Kantar we are looking for a Czech-speaking colleague to join our team in Prague as HR Operations Specialist (Generalist), who will do their best to keep our company attractive for new & existing employees, support global strategy and local business needs as well.

· First point of contact for employees for HR-related questions.
· Support HRBP and internal stakeholders in achieving their business goals.
· Workday system maintenance (attendance, compensation, documentation for payroll), update internal databases.
· Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
· Collaboration with Talent Acquisition Specialist on supporting the recruitment (e.g. responsibility for recruiting interns).
· Onboard/ offboard employees, preparation & maintenance of all types of employee contracts and HR documents.
· Liaise with external partners – local labour administration office, insurance vendors, ensure legal compliance.
· Organize training activities in line with development/ business needs & budget.
· Revise company policies, job descriptions and levels of seniority, benefits, GDPR, internal audits.
· Participate on HR Projects (e.g. Kantar Employee Survey)
· Provide instant and immediate feedback on all HR processes, procedures and initiatives.
· HR reporting (e.g. turnover rates, HC movements, staff salary budget).
If you are a dedicated self-starter, able to work very autonomously while being a team player and cool team member as well, we are looking for you. In addition, you have:
· Previous experience in HR Ops or Generalist role
· Excellent communication skills in Czech AND English language (oral and written).
· Very good time management and organizational skills
· Knowledge of Czech labour law
· Experience with Workday is a plus
